Returns and Exchanges

At ShopMoissy, we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Window

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

☒ Customized or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once you have obtained the RA number, securely package your item, including all original packaging and documentation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. ShopMoissy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
